  • 1.  PcAnyWhere - The data could not be loaded

    The module PcAnywhere of Altiris CMS don't load user and group of Active Directory.

    How do I solve this problem?

    We had to set up an AD import to use that option.  In the AD import, there is a new import type - Role and Account.  Once we set that up and ran it successfully I was then able to add NT accounts into the PC Anywhere authentication tab.

    Change the drop-down to Active Directory, then click Add.  If the Domain drop-down is empty, follow this KB:

    Worked for us for a client this week.

    Hi Rafael,

    - Do you joined your NS Server to domain?

    - Are you using a domain account as App Identity?
