Pcanywhere error

Any solution that how to troubleshoot pcanywhere issue, it rollback in install?

Is it a fresh installation?

remove the pcanywher folder and registry and reinstall

share the installation log

check this

Agent install log in %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Symantec\pcASolutionLog:

  • C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application data\Symantec\pcASolutionLog
  • C:\Program Data\Symantec\pcASolutionLog

Or do you mean pcAnywhere solution or "box" version?

AJ - There some problem in last version, so uninstall and install new pcanywhere.

Post the pcasolution log.
 
find the below article and remove the pending registry manually
