pcanywhere issue

Dear All,

 I am trying to connect to take controle of a system of my remote branch machine through pcanywhere but only black screen is appear.

How can i resolve this issue.

Hi,

Black screen is observed for a pcAnywhere remote after connecting through a pcAnywhere host.

What is the Operating System and which Pcanywhere running n the system? 

PcAnywhere Black Screen after connecting to Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Hello,

What version of PCAnywere host you're using, if it has old version, try to upgrade it to 12.5

That issue are fixed Symantec pcAnywhere 12.6.7 Hot Fix (HF1) readme
