pcanywhere problem in file not be valid

This issue has been solved. See solution.

There is one problem at file not be valid appear again and again. i have applied the step of below article but it not be permanent fixed.

There may be a corruption in install version. Uninstall the pcanywhere and reinstall it again.

Hi Chandresh,

You have to specify what is the product you use and then its version.

Are you using PCAnywhere solution with Altiris product or Stand alone product PCAnywhere box.

Box - Which version you are using?

Solution - what is the PCAnywhere plug-in version you can see in SMA.

Give us a clear picture so that we can give you a solution.
