There should be a filter under Filters > Software Filters > Agent and Plug-in Filters > Windows Computers with no pcAnywhere plug-in Installed.
Find a report that can report on the contents of a filter and report on that filter.

Ah, it may be hidden. You can follow the steps here to unhide it:
"HOW TO make the PCA filter 'Windows Computers with no pcAnywhere plug-in Installed' available again after you deleted the rule."

Or just change the view in the pcAnywhere plug-in uninstall policy to Computers from Targets.

Edit - Step
After that go to the below path
Settings -> Agents/Plug-ins ->Remote Management -> Remote Control -> Windows -> pcAnywhere Plug-in for Windows - Install
Click on Applied to Select computer then open the rule and select the rule update result then ok.
Change the applied to view as a Computer. Reflected count are of that systems where pc anywhere plugin not installed.
