PCAnywhere - Windows 7 - 64bit

The usual way of hiding the Host Tray Icon does not work under Windows 7 (64 bit).

Despite adding  'ServiceStealthMode' dword entry of  '1' to
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\pcANYWHERE\CurrentVersion\Host] registry item
the icon still appears when the Host is running.

To hide the Icon you must also add the above 'ServiceStealthMode' entry to the following  key:-

Probably the case for all 64bit hosts.   32it and 64bit OSs store the information in different locations ans would need to be updated to match.  Good catch and thanks for the post.
