We are replacing our remote control environment from Tivoli Remote Control to either one of the above listed. We are currently running NS 6.0.6074 and would have to use pcAnywhere as a stand alone application and transfer our Carbon Copy licenses. Can anyone provide any recommendations on which one to go with?

PCAnywhere

DS Remote Control isn't very good, and it doesn't offer any authentication which is nice for auditing.  Symantec also says it is for emergency use only and recommends not using it as it was designed years ago with no recent updates.

CarbonCopy is nice, but lacks newer features like support for dual screens.  The main benefit is integration with the NS.

PCAnywhere is the best, but the lack of integration has kept us from using it.  I like it better, but we are waiting to upgrade to NS7 before we push it out.  If you don't care about integration, I think this is the best option.

Obviously, Symantec recommends PCAnywhere.
