  • 1.  PCs very slow after Endpoint Client install?

    Have several different PCs that are noticeably slower after installing the Endpoint Client 11.0.6.  They are slower to load the desktop completely and slower all-around in Windows.  The PCs have 1 GB of Ram, and go back to faster when we uninstall Endpoint.

     

    What are some options I can change to speed up Endpoint?

    Check if start-up scan is enabled as an option. See if there is any scan in progress at the SEP GUI.

    Also verify the CPU utilization via Task Manager or Process Explorer.
