    Hi

It has been observed that after mulitple reboots the traces of Symantec in registry key of "Pending File rename operations"

As per my understanding ideally the traces should get cleared from the above key after the successful reboot.

Can you please let me know why this happens as we have an application in which it detects the following key for any patch deployment.

If there any traces in the key of any application we are not able to deploy any update.

Request an expert help on the same.

    Regards

    Hi Refeeq

    Thanks for the information.

But here my query is that we have found traces of Symantec in the following key even after the restart and that leads to that we are not able to delpoy any patches.

Whereas in some servers these entries are not present itself.

Want to know it does not get deleted ?

    Regards
