Created: 24 Dec 2006 • Updated: 22 May 2010 | 6 comments

Performance how do you do of Journal when using Centera, it is called Sakuma.
The other day, Centera was newly introduced and Journal Archive was set up.
Although it is that which is carrying out about 20,000 Archeve processings in 1 hour in Journal Archive in a NAS server, only processing of about 2500 affairs is carried out in Centera.

Are there any setting items?
Collection is not using Centera. Does performance improve dramatically at Collection?

I am troubled very much.
Any information is splendid.
Thank you for your consideration.

Hi,

It may me that you have an incorrect IP address specified for the Centera (if the first one you specify is incorrect, it can take 1 minute before the next IP is tried.

I suggest you enable tracing of the StorageArchive process and contact Symantec support.
