hi geeks!

We made the following setup on our customer.

\\SRVDOM - Wink2k8 Std. x64 Server with SQL 2008 Server and Symantec Endpoint ( AV only installed! )
\\SRVTS - Win2k3 Std. x86 Server with Citrix Access Essentials and Symantec Endpiont ( AV only installed! )
\\CLTWS-XX ( local Client Workstations WinXP SP3 and Symantec Endpoint ( AV only installed! )

Now we have the following Situation. Our customer uses an .NET Application which is localy installed on all CLTWS and on SRVTS.

You can start the application in the following combinations:

\\CLTWS-XX -> SRVDOM -> SEP activated -> Works!
\\CLTWS-XX -> SRVDOM -> SEP deact. -> Works!
\\CITRIX-Client -> SRVTS -> SRVDOM -> SEP activa. -> Applications starts after a delay of around 120 seconds.
\\CITRIX-Client -> SRVTS -> SRVDOM -> SEP deact. ( SEP on SRVDOM !!! is OFF / ON SRVTS activateed! ) -> Works like a charm!
\\RDP-SESSION -> SRVTS -> SRVDOM -> SEP activa. -> Works!

It seems like Symantec Endpoint delay's the requests of the application when sent by a Citrix Session. I realy have no Idea! Folder excluding from auto-protect faild in success.

I really pray to SyTechSupport to provide a solution for this!!!
