  • 1.  Permissions to delete Reports in ServiceDesk

    Does anyone know what permission I need to grant users or groups so that they may delete reports in ServiceDesk? We have some folks who may create and edit reports, but they are unable to delete those same reports. They have to send me a request, and I need to log in as an administrator in order to delete those reports. Seems to me that someone who creates a report should be able to delete that same report.

    In the permissions of the report, select "Allow" in the option "Can Delete This Report".
