I cannot receive emails in Outlook 2010 (32 bits) with PGP Desktop 10.2 active. If I disable PGP everything works fine.

    The error is:

Error 0x8004210A: Operation exceeds the time limit waiting for an answer of the POP3 server.

    Someone can help?

    Thank you.

No. I did that, but the problem remains.

Outlook doesn't freeze. It just give me that error when it looks for new incoming messages.

    Thank you.

Do you have anything else using an email proxy, such as AV or antispam?

If not, have you done any manual changes to your PGP messaging service?

If not, it may help to delete your PGP messaging service and let PGP recreate it.

It may be helpful first to look at your server settings in your PGP messaging service and make sure they are correct.
