PGP 10.2 DESKTOP obtain the license authorization fail

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I cannot do the activation for PGP Desktop 10.2 with the license number. It's refused by the Automatic Licensing Authorization Server. 

Where can I contact the customer service ? I tried to use the Norton Support online chat, and was told that I am visting the wrong website. Please give me a hlep!

Symantec Customer Business Operations case responses from Customer Support will be sent from customerbusinessops@symantec.com.

for technical support email to enterprise_support@symantec.com, however note that case should be open before sending an email. The case number should be in the Subject Line
