  • 1.  PGP 10.2 MP3 crashing Explorer on folder creation

    Hi,

    I am running Win7 Pro 64-bit and using the Netshare module primarily. For some reason, if I create a sub-folder folder in one of the encrypted folder, more often than not, Explorer will stop responding when I try to rename it.

    Explorer will restart but anytime I go to re-access that folder, it hangs again.

    Flushing the cache and/or Restarting PGP Services does not clear the problem.

    Reboot will fix it.

    Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

    Do you have full access to that folder ?

    Please go to PGP Desktop window, Tools, Options, Netshare tab, change "Protect Individual files" state.

    Restart computer .

    See if anything changed.
