Endpoint Encryption

I has installed PGP DESKTOP EMAIL 10.2.1 in my laptop ,with windows 7 home basic 64 bit system.

There is a problem is:

PGP Messenger service can not  automatically find the email transfer and create messenger service .

When i create the service manually, it cannot encrytion or sign the email. even throught use the sign button on the outlook.

Email proxying is enabled and active.

when i install this product in windows xp ,it is worked.

is this a bug or i have a mistake?

Do you have your email client set to use SSL encryption?  If so, you need to disable it so that PGP can make this encryption connection.  Are you using any other software that is proxying your email, such as AV or anti-spam?

NO, I use a clean system width microsoft outlook 2003. not use ssl encryption and other mail proxy.

when i use windows xp ,all function is works. 

i'm assessing pgp desktop email now.
