We are fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.8.2 with Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.0 which you are able to download from http://fileconnect.symantec.com if you have a valid maintenance agreement in place with Symantec. If not, you can always download a trialware version of the software which will expire after 60 or 90 days (sorry can't remember which) here:
