I encrypt my mac disk and it can't boot. So I downloaded support from www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH176201. I found it show a screen for me to enter the password, but after I enter the password, it didn't show the decrypt. It showed a flashing file with a question mark. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Please try technical support first. They are accepting customers

You should be able to call support at (800) 342-0652 and let them know that you need an "entitlement exception" and that you want a case created since you need to obtain a PGP Desktop Service pack. if they are unable to help you, request to speak to their manager.  They have been told to let customers through that aren't entitled to live support, if they are requesting a service pack for these issues.
