    Good Morning Team,

I would love to pick your brains on if possible.

I have had calls regarding a Dell E7440's over the last two weeks experiencing exceptionally high CPU not long after PGP encryption software has been installed. The interesting thing is, this isn’t the first one over the last 2-3 weeks that we have had in this series that’s had exactly the same issues when just running simple tasks as

    *windows explorer

    *Microsoft Lync

    *Microsoft office applications

Trevor Mino - Service Tag: 30XSP12 | Express Service Code: 6587113142

Justin Buchanan – Service Tag: 8KCZK12 |Express Service Code: 18645396518

Chris Judson (also used by Justin Buchanan as a test) – Service Tag: FK5JH12 | Express Service Code: 33870365174

Oliver Nicholas - Service Tag F97KY52 - Express Service Code: 33208665302

FK5JH12 - Has had a motherboard replacement two days ago - still same issue.

    All E7440’s

    All got PGP installed

All doing very little in terms of actual actions/usage.

All have had Dell Driver updates done via Dell command update, however still same issue after drivers such as BIOS updates.
