PGP client is not getting authenticated from PGP Universal server

    Hi All,

    I need your help in resolving an issue in which PGP desktop client is not authenticating with the Universal server. Please suggest some solution for this issue. For details, please see the attached snapshot.

    are you using directory sync? I usually get that error message if a user is not in the correct group the PGP server is searching in.

    Yes I am using directory sync.
