    Hi,

    I have problem on pgp universal server about managed keys. When users connect to pgp universal server for enrolment, they have been getting *Temporary UserID*   Normaly We have to see "Username" right ?

    could you help me ?

    Hi. This is a common feat. if the user is not properly "looked up". It should be resolved once a new session with the universal has been invoked, and ie the mail client has been started (and used).
