  • 1.  PGP desktop 10.0.1 interferring with application

    I have PGP Desktop 10.0.1 on a users computer, when they try to launch an a application called adept from synergis it wont even start. I've isolated the problem to PGP but how do I stop PGP from interferring with the app?

    I've contacted the vendor but they are less than helpful and have no idea whats going on.

    You should close PGP and stop both PGP services (start, run , services.msc , look for PGP servicse and stop them)

    Try again.

    Is your disk encrypted? What´s synergis software for?
