    Hi,

I don't suppose anyone has access to the release notes for PGP U/S and PGP Desktop 10.2? I've just been notified of the update from 10.1 by Symantec, but can't find any release notes to cover the changes before I go installing it on workstations.

    Thanks,

    James

    Unfortunately, these release notes say:

"For a list of issues that have been resolved in this release, please go to the PGP Support Portal and view Knowledge Base Article 1014."

Which is text copied from the PGP.com days and references a PGP KB article number.  That article number in the Symantec KB is unrelated.

Has anyone seen an article that lists the issues resolved with 10.2?  I'm largely interested in verifying that it contains the fixes covered by 10.1.2 SP2 and SP3.

    Found it - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH166098

It still isn't clear if the 10.1.2 SP2 and SP3 fixes are included.

This is in the resolved issues at least - maybe suggesting the inclusion of the Sandy Bridge issue?

"Resolved the issue where PGP BootGuard failed to initialize on certain systems. [30759]"

I am glad that you found the releae notes for PGP Desktop 10.2. Yes, the fixes for SP2 and SP3 from 10.1.2 are included in the 10.2. I have verified this myself and received confirmation from our engineering team on this previously.
