  • 1.  PGP Desktop client does not download the mail policies

    I setuped an out of mail stream configured PGP server. A binded PGP Desktop client does not download (also not manually) the mail policies. Possible I overlook something, but I can't find what.

    Mail policies exist (more or less the original ones), also a consumer policy and a group (mapped to internal users). The desktop clients of my test user binds to the PGP Server without problem, uploads the key (as GKM). Of cource after installation of a customized Desktop installer. But doesn't download the mail policies.

    Does possibly some one now what I could have overlooked?

    The Symantec support had a look at it. And couln't find something.

    After the technician executed a network interface restart (pgpsysconf --network) over SSH it worked again. And still does.
