File Share Encryption

  • 1.  PGP Desktop Client status not reflecting on the PGP Server

    I have close 2K machines does not reflect the "Encryption Status" onto the Server:

    Client Version: PGP Desktop Client 10.2

    PGP Server Version: 3.2

    PGP Desktop Client is Encrypted but the status is not reflecting onto the server.

    I would appreciate if someone could assist me with the possible troubleshooting steps needs to be taken to fix the issue.

    I am a rookie to this Product. Please explain in detail.

    You need to look at the "Last Seen" field.  If the clients are online but the last seen does not show today's date, then there is communication problems between the client and server.
