  • 1.  PGP Desktop - Could not find master keys

    Trying to create an encrypted .zip file and received the error message below. Any suggesteion as to what I'm doing wrong?

    Incase you can't view the picture, the error says the following:

     

    PGP Could not find one or more of your master keys. The operation is unable to continue. Please go to the Master Keys panel of PGP Options.

    hi,

    there is one technote describing this issue. Hope this solves your problem:

    Unable to Encrypt File. "PGP Could not find one or more of your Master Keys. The operation is unable to continue. Please go to the Master Keys Panel of PGP Options."
