pgp desktop download

I purchased pgp desktop, received the email confirmation and license code. Unfortunately I have not been able to download the product. A click on the link, takes me to a page that asks for my email address and order number. After inserting that information and hitting enter, I consistently receive this error message: "There was an error. Please contact our technical support team."

When I call the number given on the order status page (1-877-294-5255) I get passed on to another place (1-800-634-4747). The people on that end pass me around until I get all the way back to the original number. I actually talked with the first person I called 45 minutes earlier. She passed me on again to somewhere else and then the connection was lost.

Apparently this is a downloading issue. So far, I have found none of the technical support phone options that make any reference to pgp desktop or to downloading.  Can anybody give me a support number to call in order to get this to work?

Another option would be to download the Trialware.   It is the same software (it is only the license used that determines whether it is the full product or the Trial) - the only problem with this option is that sometimes there is a delay in it having the latest minor version update.

I could only find the corporate version in trialware. I bought the home version.

The software is the same.  It is the license that determines which components are available for use.
