PGP Desktop email

Created: 07 Mar 2013 | 2 comments

Hi i have a problem with a user new windows 7 64bit laptop/ Outlook 2010, if he receives an Exostar Secure email encrypted document, it isn't unencrypted  as PGP  Desktop 10.2 appears to bounce it, because if he turns PGP off, Exostar is then able to unencrypt the document Is there a conflict having both of them installed on the same machine or is there a workaround/configuration  fix for this

PGP uses an email proxy for its decryption and encryption of email.  If Exostar Secure also uses an email proxy, which is my quess, there would be a conflict with both running at the same time.
