    I had a virus on my computer and had to do a total clean and reinstall of all my programs. When trying to download the PGP Desktop Email 9.6 again , ita states it is not compatible with my new 64bit Windows.

    Please assist

    Windows Vista (32 bit) support was added with PGP 9.6, and Windows Vista (but not Windows XP) 64 bit support was added with PGP 9.7.  Windows XP 64 bit support was added with PGP 9.9, and Windows 7 support was added with PGP 9.12.
