  • 1.  PGP Desktop Email New Install Locks up my Win7 PC

    Since the download and install, when in the program it does not complete simple functions without locking up.  I has also begun locking the OS so only the cursor moves(but cannot activate anything on screen), and a button restart is the only way out.

    I've installed PGPDesktopWin32-10.1.2.exe, was this the wrong download for Win7 32 bit PC?  What is going on?

    You have the correct install file, and your experience is quite unexpected.  Please review the PGP Release Notes for any known conflict or setting adjustment that might exist on our system.
