PGP Desktop Email Security Policy
Created: 22 Aug 2011 | 3 comments
I am a standalone user and only require to encrypt emails to one recipient (who also has PGP Desktop installed on his PC). I send a lot of emails to groups (10+ members) and Outlook Express keeps timing out while PGP searches for keys. I therefore want to change my Security Policy so that PGP automatically sends all emails unencrypted (ie does not search each recipient for a Key) but always encrypts emails to the one recipient. Does anyone know the easiest way to change the policy? Thanks.

Hello Annfitz,
You can apply policies in PGP Universal Server.
Thanks & Regards
I'd suggest that you create this new policy, and move it to the top of your list of policies:
If any
Recipient Is Not <the email address you wish to only encrypt to>
Send In Clear
