I am using PGP Desktop to encrypt individual files.

Unfortunately, I am unable to select multiple files and have them encrypt individually.

I must select each file separately, otherwise they will encrypt to one zip file.

I know there is a way that I can do what I am needing to accomplish, but am unable to locate the proper instructions to ensure settings are correct.

I have searched the "Help" option, Symantec's Website, and even attempted to contact Symantec directly via t/c.

I did find the basic instructions on how to encrypt files, but it only explains the process for individual files/folders.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Thank you,

I'm moving this to the PGP desktop forum for you.

Select the files you want encrypted, use the right click context menu to select the option of PGP Desktop - Add files to new PGP Zip.  The next dialog will show the selected files, and below this selection, you will see four little buttons towards the left hand side.  Before clicking Next, click the right most of these buttons, and then select "Do not zip - output files individually."

    Your information did help out.

How my PGP was set up did not get me to the window you were talking about, however, with some extra searching, I found the window and made the changes.  Things are working splendidly at this time.

    Thank you for your help.
