File Share Encryption

Hello all. Can you help me?

I`l got  install PGP Desktop. Then, trying to encrypt my disk (C and D) 1 tb

When i start, PGP stop the encryption on 0.0 progress.

Encryption Paused.

encryption has been paused but the disk is fully functional

This disk is partialy encrypted and is not secure.

Click resume to finish the encryption process.

When i click *resume* - nothing change.

What can i do whith this?

Hi there,

Can we check the logs and see why the encryption has been paused.

Make sure the power adapter is conencted to laptop when we resume encryption,

On battery power we do not encrypt, the encrypted is paused on battery power and its a normal behaviour.

If you still see the issue after the power adapter is conencted, collect the logs and let me know what is mentioned in logs.
