PGP Desktop Home Licensing and Renewal
I desperately wish I did not find PGP useful. Symantec is driving me nuts. The latest item is this idiotic message which appears in the Licensing Portal any time I try to upgrade my license fom 10.1 to 10.2
- We're sorry. A communication error has occurred. We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later.
I also got no notice (at least, not that I saw) of my renewal back in April. The renewal page now says help is required and refers me to a phone number where they do not handle this product. I am waiting for a call back from someone who presumably does.
Oh, and then there is the page that suggested I email customer care at email@example.com, an address which gets a 500 level SMTP error.
I am frustrated and furious. If anyone has solutions, they'd be appreciated.
