This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi all!

Could someone please clarify something for me please?

There is no way to send encrypted email to someone from PGP Desktop email if they don't have PGP is there? (Excluding the option of creating a PGP SDA)

All assistance on this will be greatly appriciated!

This is correct - if they don't have PGP, they will not have a public key for you to encrypt to.
