PGP Desktop professional 9.9 not able to activate

    We have purchased 5 licenses of PGP Desktop professional 9.9 in September 2008. Now I have reinstalled it on another system as the old system Hard Disk was crashed & I am tring to activated it with the license information provided by the vendor. But I am not able to activate it. Screen shot attached here. Need your help to sort out this.

    If this is a Windows 7 machine, be aware that Windows 7 is not supported until PGP 9.12.  This Knowledge Base Article may help with the license authorization.  Authough tech support cannot help with licensing issues, Customer Care can.
