Only way to get email flowing again is to reboot PC.  This happens once and sometimes twice a day.

Anyone have any ideas??

Unfrotunatelly Knowledge Base have not answer. Up to me the outlook' s and pgp's services restart is not solution.

Does somebody know how to prevent this problem? Why does this problem occur?

I get the same errors on Outlook 2010 (and previously on Outlook 2007) using Windows 7 64 bit with 9 email accounts configured in Outlook.

No permanent solution yet (PGP support told me to reinstall, which did not work, no surprises)

Seems to be a bug in the PGP software somewhere, as you can workaround the problem (temporarily) thus:

1. Click on "Exit PGP Services" on the context menu on the padlock icon in System Tray

2, Close Outlook and make sure the Outlook.exe process exits properly (i.e., not hanging around for any attached Activesync devices or open Office programs)

3. Open PGP Desktop from Start menu

4, Reopen Outlook

If you look at the ed of the PGP log things are back to normal, but the problem will manfiest again fairly quickly in my case, but at least you do not have to reboot your PC.

By the way, I do not recommend trying to disable the PGP services using MSConfig (as I did whilst trying to diagnose the problem) as you can cause some magnificent startup delays in Outlook.

PGP 10.2 does have support for Outlook 2010.  You may want to update if not using this current version.

But this error happens on PC with PGP Desktop 10.2 and Outlook Express for WinXp. If I clearly understood this problem doesn't matter from version of Outlook or PGP Desktop. How to fix this problem? What the reason of this trouble?
