  • 1.  PGP Desktop transfer from Vista to Windows XP laptop

    I have transferred my PGP desktop software from a laptop with Windows Vista OS to a laptop with Windows XP.

    The PGP does not recognize my mail account.

    What can I do to solve this issue?

    Did this "transfer" consist of a fresh install of PGP on the laptop? With using your licensing?  Either copying your keyrings or importing your keys?

    Hi Tom,

    When you said "This Knowledge Base Article may help." Did you have a specific KBA in mind? or, did you advise to continue with a search in the collection of KBAs?

    Thank you for some help,with a best practice in this case: How to transfert?
