I have transferred my PGP desktop software from a laptop with Windows Vista OS to a laptop with Windows XP.
The PGP does not recognize my mail account.
What can I do to solve this issue?
Did this "transfer" consist of a fresh install of PGP on the laptop? With using your licensing? Either copying your keyrings or importing your keys?
