We are currently using PGP Desktop 8.0 for Windows, purchased in Aug 2007. This has worked fine on Windows XP.
We have switched our desktops to Windows 7. When i load the software, I cannot encrypt files . Does my version work on Windows 7.
PGP 9.12 is the first version with Windows 7 support. All the 10.x, including the current 10.2, versions also have Windows 7 support.
can you state specific problem are you facing?
