PGP Email Encryption - move licence to new email user on same computer

Hi.  We are using PGP email ecryption (part of the Desktop encyption).  We have one licence on a computer that uses Outlook to connect to an Exchange account.  As far as I'm aware the license for PGP covers one user.  Well that user has now left our employment so we need to encrypt their replacement's email.  The licence agreement looks like it says that it covers one user only so I'm assuming that I can't just set up the computer for another Outlook/Exchange account and ecrypt that.    How do I renove the license from the first user and use it instead to allow me encrypt the new user's email?

    Thanks for any help.

While the license is only for one user's use, it doesn't matter who that user is. And there should be no problem discontinuing the use of the license for one user and then using it for another user.
