I have 2 partition. Local disk C i D. I'm only encrypt local disk D, but when I start windows he always ask me for password, but I'm not encrypt local disk C.

When at the the PGP Bootguard screen, you should be able to select Advanced in the lower right corner, and then select the option of Bypass.
