PGP encryption does not continue

When encrypting the PGP Disk, the encryption does not continue and issue an error message :Unable to start encryption: buffer too small (-11988)

I think you are trying to encrypt a disk instead of a Virtual Disk?

Which version of Windows are you using?

Which version of PGP Desktop

how many users are you trying to encrypt on there? there is a limit of 120 users currently due to limitations in the code. If that is not the case, are you using WDE BootGuard Customization? We do have a limit with a max of 79 characters for the text in Bootguard and if you are exceeding either of these limitations that is where you can usually run into this error.
