  • 1.  PGP Engine wants to make changes - PW Prompt every 5 min

    Just installed PGP Desktop/WDE 10.2 on my lion running macbook pro and installtion and everything worked great, but.

    "PGP Engine wants to make changes. Type in your password to allow this"

    Pops up every 5 minutes (I clocked it after serveral password prompt popups). In the beginning I was like "Yeah maybe it has something in the works and just kept typing in my password. But now after serveral hours it still keeps poping up. Im not doing anything in the software, it just runs in the background. 

    Going nuts and i'm a bit sad cuz it just were updated to run on lion. 

    Any suggestions or ideas what it could be? Shall I try to reinstall, disable anything in the software.

    Can you change access control for your user account?

    I believe this is something related to MAC system and users permissons.

    This just started happening and is VERY annoying. Customers seeing this during conferences are not amused either!

    MacBook Pro OS X 10.7.2 with PGP 10.2.0 (purchased last summer)
