  • 1.  PGP Enrollment problem

    Hi guys,

     

    I'm installing PGP Universal server and about to install pgp client but I can't get the verification mail to install pgp client.

    I guess It is caused by using secure port 995 and 465 port for pop3 and smtp because when I use normal port like 25 and 110 then no problem.

    Anyway, since our company mail use secure port so if it is cause by that, how can I resolve this problem or is there any way not to get verification mail to install pgp client??

    P.s> We are going to use only PGP Netshare.

    My Understanding to this issue is email enrollment not working after PGP Desktop installation,

    Correct me if I am wrong ? 

    You could configure LDAP synchronization in PGP Universal server.  Using directory synch verification email will not be sent from PGPUN and enrollment of PGP clients will be on LDAP authentication.
