On a client install, they are having trouble enrolling users.

There is no error on the client, it cycles through the authentication dialogue bog without accepting the user credentials.

On the PGP US, the following error is displayed in the client logs. That said, I cannot find information on what the error is:

client request <AuthenticateInternalPassphrase> returning fault -1 (PGPError #-1)

    I found this article:

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH149785

but it's not really relevant - the error is not seen on the client, and the PGP US server is not locked. Checking both nodes in the cluster and both are unlocked.

    Has anyone seen this before?

Also found this in the group logs...

LDAP-00000: encountered error while regrouping consumer "Test User 01" (<removed>): key requires passphrase to unlock

    LDAP-00000: can't unlock key "sampleco.co.uk" (KeyID: 0x<removed>)

Right - sorted out the regrouping issue... still have the #-1 error and can't figure out why.

The OU is right, the credentials are right (it doesn't even show the error that the credentials are wrong - it just goes back to the enrollment window).

    hmmm
