We cannot get PHP Desktop working for users without admin rights. If the user is an admin it works correctly, if the user is not an admin we get an error 'PGP Error there was an error opening or writing the keyring or the output file' and the program will not start and there are no other options. We are also using this with PGP Universal Server. We are using LDAP enrollment and everything works except for the admin rights issue.
