  • 1.  pgp - issues with importing the to and from signing private key pair

    I am having trouble trying to import my to and from P.12 files from my bin folder to PGP. I have tried 2 computers and reinstalled OPENSSL and it always fails at the same point.

    As soon i as drag the p.12 files into PGP  which by the way i created my self so i know the export password, i click on the create new PGP keys , and then i input the export password and its says it incorrect when i know its right, what am i doing wrong?

    Can you provide more details as to your problem please?  I'd suggest clearly stating/providing:

    • What are you trying to accomplish (in precise steps), 
    • the purpose of the keys you're trying to import, 
    • which version of the software you're using,
    • any error messages, and
    • screenshots where possible.

    From the description provided, it sounds like an issue either with the certificate, or with the conversion process you're following.  The screenshots you provided state your license should never expire, so I don't think it's PGP that's the issue here.

    I'd suggest contacting your certificate vendor for help on converting the certificate itself.

    I think you mentioned you obtained the cert from Comodo, correct?

    Yes they are COMODO certs, does that make a difference?
