    Hi All,

Hope someone can help us with the following 2 issues witch we are struggling the last 2 weeks.
We have setup Symantec Encryption Management
    Server Version:3.3.2 MP12 (Build 21436) and have Windows 2008 R2 with Microsoft 2010 Exchange

The employs in our company have all iOS devices and we have installed on the Iphones Symantec Mobile Encyption for iOS to enroll with SEMS and using native email client of the Iphones.
The SEMS is setup in CKM mode ( this is the only mode we have selected on SEMS ).

Now what we see is if we enroll a iphone with Symantec Mobile Encyption for iOS it is enrolling and doing everything as it must be, but on the SEMS we see that the keymode is created in SKM after enrolment (Keys > Managed Keys > Key mode).
My question is how can we enroll in CKM mode or what we have to change to enroll in CKM mode?

The second thing what we want is that the end user have to give his passphrase every time he is opening and email or sending an email trough Symantec Mobile Encyption for iOS , some of our users used before blackberry phones and there they give every time a passphrase to encrypt or decrypt an email.

We are using the default settings till now on the servers

Do someone know how we can setup this for the mobile users?

    Thanks all,

    S. Khan
