Hi
reinstalled pgp desktop software and reimported all keys extracted as a key ring but when trying to decrypt a file receiving message saying don't have the required private key.
I have also tried to export the keys one by one and install them but still receive the same error.

Can anyone advise on cause and a solution.
Thanks

When exporting your key, the private key is not included unless you place a check in the box that says Include private key in the export.  After importing the exported keypair, you then need to right click on it in PGP Desktop, select Key Properties, and set Trust as Implicit.  If you can't set it as having Implicit Trust, you do not have the private key component.
