    Hi all !

I need help to retrieve our PGP Desktop licensing information.

We have PGP Desktop v10 software installed on a Windows Vista computer. We've decided to migrate to a Windows 7 fresh installation.

So we installed PGP Desktop software but it asks for the name, organization and license number as it was originally authorized.

We don't have that information since the person who installed it does not work for our company any more.

So, we go here: https://licensing.symantec.com/acctmgmt/pgpLandingPage.jsp, and entered the email address of that person but the system shows a "Please enter a valid email address" message.

I tried to call Symantec support but they keep me asking my Customer number or something like that and they seem to don't understand what I need (it's like a loop). Perhaps Symantec needs to inform their technicians that the company bought PGP Corporation.

What I need is that Symantec enables the email account back so I can retrieve the account information for successfully migrate PGP.

    Thanks in advance.

Technical support no longer handles licensing issues.  You need to contact Customer Care.
